How to order

STEP 1 – BROWSING, PERUSING & QUOTES

Firstly, have a little browse through our wedding stationery designs and if you see something you like the look of, you can either fill in an initial enquiry form here, or get in touch by email and we can give you a call for a chat to find out more information from you. Once we get all of your details we can let you have an initial quote for you to mull over.

If you are after something completely bespoke then we would love to hear from you. We’ve produced individually-tailored stunning stationery, then you’re in luck, we’re specialists in just that! Let’s have a chat about what you need and we’ll see if we can move forward together to design your dream.

STEP 2 - FORMAL ORDER & DEPOSIT

When you’re ready to go ahead, just let us know, and we’ll whiz over a formal order form to you via email. On this form you can outline all the necessary information we will need and any specific wording you may like. Along with the order form we require a 50% non-refundable deposit before any design work can begin.

STEP 3 PDF PROOFS AND ANY AMENDMENTS

We can get started on your stationery as soon as your completed order form and deposit have been received. We aim to get an email PDF proof to you within 10 working days.

If you’ve got any amends to make, that’s no problem at all, your order includes a round of amendments to make sure we get everything just perfect.

We ask for confirmation in writing, by email, of any amendments required. If anything needs further clarification, or if you just can’t put it into words, give us a call and we are always happy to talk through your vision and we’ll do our best to deliver it to you.

We will make all necessary changes before sending through a final proof. We aim to have this second proof to you within 7 working days of the amendment request being submitted.

(*we do reserve the right to charge a fee to cover our designer’s costs – we promise she’s worth it).

STEP 4 APPROVAL & REMAINING BALANCE

Once your final proof is agreed, we ask for your approval of the proof(s) in writing, by email. Before giving your final approval we ask that you check the proof(s) thoroughly, with a fine tooth comb to ensure that everything is exactly as required.

Once you have approved your proof(s), any remaining balance is then required to be settled in full. As soon as this is done, we fire up our snazzy high tech digital printer, cutter and creaser and get started on the printing.

STEP 5 PRINTING & DELIVERY

As soon as your items are printed and finished, we’ll package your order with love & care and make it secure for its little journey with our courier. For UK mainland deliveries, please allow up to 3 days for your stationery to arrive.

If you are local to us, you can collect from our store in Melbourne (DE73 8FE) during normal business hours.

We are happy to ship wedding stationery to all areas of the globe – delivery timescales for orders from outside the UK may vary.
